Second, Cook said he had been “incredibly impressed” with Apple’s “teams and their resiliency” during the pandemic. But he said something is missing from being in the office. He described that as “creative and the serendipity … on people kind of running into each other over the course of a day.”
And third, Cook said he expects a long-term change in how people work at the company. The Apple veteran, who replaced the late Steve Jobs as CEO nine years ago, said he doesn’t believe Apple will “return to the way we were because we’ve found that there are some things that actually work really well virtually.” Read more via Biz Journals
